need help again!

I have sobers super mod and i would like to get more mods but i dont know whats included in sobers mod so therefore i dont know what i have or dont have ,is there a list of all mods included in sobers super mod?Am i better to not use sobers super mod and just download mods seperatly?

Never used sobers super-mod (TM/ROW 1.4 compats for now + Metal HUD i use ohh and a few of foo's skins)

I just looked over the link page for sobers sm and copied and pasted this ........

"install via JSGME on a new SH4 including a new SH4 folder in my documents
included mods
RFB for ROW stock
RSRDC for RFB ver 115
ROW textures only
ROW sound effects ver 8 (modified by sober)
Prolonged DC attack by Peto
adjusted the sea speed to 0.05
clear background for the messages
better sand darker
sobers better crew II
sobers compass mod ver 6

There are 2 small problems .
1/. you must use a screen resolution higher than 1024x768 or some tabs are hidden.
2/. the problem with the black bearing markers on the scope at daytime still exists ."

So he explains what mods are included, Hope that clears what mods are involved
