GWX 2.0 Mod Enabler Icon on desktop

Thanks GWX team, real nice touch having the Mod Enabler icon on the desktop. I really like NOT having to go to the Silent Hunter folder to change mods; makes it much easier and a lot quicker.

Thanks to the work of Jaesen the latest JSGME can be set up in a shortcut version
