Perhaps if muslims understood how revered for love and tenderness teddy bear is known the lash would be withheld. Or maybe not. I don't know.

I would like to have a present box with little Muhammads made of marcipane, so that I can bite their heads off. I love marcipane, at least as long as it is made by Niederegger.

Actually, considering the Teddy was orignally named after a US president, you'd think they'd view renaming it that as a plus point! Guess irony isn't big in that part of the world.
