GWX 1.3/SHCommander 2.7 bug?

I'm having a minor problem, I can't use the deck gun during the campaign mode or the single missions. It just shows a pic of the HE round with 0 of 0 ammunition. Am I forgetting to do something? It says in the weapons screen that I have plenty of HE ammo, any suggestions?

Have you made sure your deck gun is manned?Have you clicked on the shell icon to load the gun?

haha, yea believe me it is manned, in the little graphic it just shows 0 of 0 ammunition available and only the HE shell. It doesn't even show the AP, AA, or SS graphics. I just used SHCommander to remove the deck gun, but its irritating to have to use an extra torpedo when I've already crippled a target.

I've actually tried the technique of ramming where I hit the ship with a torp. I usually take about a 5% hull integrity hit, but I guess it works.

Any suggestions?

GWX removed all deckgun rounds except the HE round. The extensive research that was conducted in this matter showed that U-Boats only carried HE rounds.

To load a round, fully man the DG and them click on the HE Shell to load the gun.

Is it supposed to show 0 of 0 rounds there? I went through most of the manual but I must have missed this.

And make sure and look if the malfunktion or sabotage part of Sh3Commander is active.:hmm:
