Taskforce At Rest

Just noticed something a little strange, and was wondering if anyone else has encountered this. It is Jan/42, and I'm on patrol off Tarakan Isl. By the way, I'm useing ROW, RFB for ROW(not the latest, was in mid patrol so could'nt update) , and RSRDpp2 for RFB (again, not the latest due to being mid patrol). And of coarse, patched to 1.4.

Anyway, I come across a Taskforce just sitting at rest, in the middle of the ocean! Cruisers and Destroyers, just sitting there, going nowhere! Is this a bug in one of the mods, or did I just hit the jackpot?

if in the campaign layers the taskforce was set to NOT delete on
last waypoint then when they got to where they were going
they would exhibit this behaviour I think.

I take it that the invasion force is at a stageing area so to speak, awaiting orders? Things will not be going to plan if I can help it
