Default 9th Circuit sides with GWB

Who would have thought this from the most liberal court in the nation. Finally common sense in the 9th Circuit.

In a 3-0 decision, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the government, which had argued that allowing an Islamic charity's claims that it was illegally spied upon to go forward would threaten national security.

Can I quote another old dead guy?

"The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them." - Patrick Henry

While I can accept that it is sometimes a necessity for a government to keep information secret that acceptance is easier to grant to some governments over others.
