PRIVATE!!! jeeez someone is loaded with enough cash to buy a harrier.. and he looks like he knows how to fly the thing :hmm:

What's wrong with that? Besides, he is an ex-harrier pilot. You can probably buy one of these things for $10 Mil. I know you can buy an F-18 or F-16 for about $10 Mil.

It looked like a pretty soft landing thankfully so the repair bill might not be that bad at all.

I want one, it wold make comuting to work so much quicker than traveling by city rail. Plus the benifit of being able to napalm someone's house at will...

It looks like the gear didn't lock upon landing and simply folded...from the footage it doesn't look like he hit the ground with too much force, if anything it looked a pretty good landing! I love the harrier...if the RAF gave me the choice of flying the SHAR or a Typhoon...I know which one I would pick!
