Visibility

I'm about to venture off on my first patrol later today.

To save a lot of effort, could anyone advise me of some visibility ranges - periscope vis at certain speeds/weather and uboat on the surface at certain speeds/weather for example.

Any help would be great. My game installation is in my signature below, just in case versions affect visibility.

If you haven't used the 16km atmosphere optional mod for GWX the ranges are roughly this

Clear, no fog 8km
light fog 4.5km
medium fog no rain 2km
medium fog rain 1.5km
heavy fog (rain or no rain) 0.5km

This means that in most weather types, if you can see them you can hit them
