How can I release some pictures in the forum?

Can somebody help a very-very newbie?
I would like to edit some save screens but I tried... and nothing appear in the posts...

Quite easy. I use Image shack, but any file hosting site will do.

http://imageshack.us/

Copy/paste the bottom most url into the 'insert image' box, after first deleting the sample url.

Then click 'save changes'
