I Met Joe and Valerie Wilson Today

Valerie came down with the whole family to Albuquerque for a book-signing today so I went, bought a book and got her George Smiley on it. Here are a few pics:

Here are she and I. She's very open and friendly. she laughed when I compared her book to Marks and Marchetti's book, "The CIA and The Cult of Intelligence.

Here's Ambassador Joe Wilson and I. He liked my idea of plastering the streets of Taos with a War Criminal neighborhood advisory on Don Rumsfeld(Rummy had a place there) like the sex offender neighborhood advisories.

Here's another when Santa Barbara, Ca.-born Joe Wilson found out your intrepid correspondant was born 30 miles south of him in Ventura.
