Another stupid newbie question

I have been playing in career mode for a while now and was transfered to Brisbane as a home port. after completing mission requirements I tried to end mission but my only choices are drydock or postpone. What did I forget? Home port still shows Brisbane.

Go to Fremantle. I'm about 98% sure you can dock there. Hope it works.
