Default Your favourite emblem.

Which of the stock emblems do you like best (and why)?
I use the black cat - generally because bad luck befalls any who cross its path .

If you've got a custom emblem I would like to see it and hear what lead to its creation.

You do know there is an emblem mod add-on that gives alot more emblems eh?

This way one can actually use the right emblem for the sub number your assigned :|\

I know, but everyone knows what the stock ones look like and I wanted to know if there are any clear favourites out of those.

I don't like to use real historical emblems, I see the game as 'alternate history' where I am the captain and therefor get to choose a emblem for my boat - not what the 'real captain' told me to .

U-100 "Blackcat" here .

I love cats , especially the black ones ...

But if an emblem of a black panther would be available , I would use it instead .

Cheers .

I dont have SH3 yet, but in SH2 there was a wild boar which is my favorite because it's the logo of the battalion I've been to combat with twice.

Hi there, U-108 here... I use Der Lechtturm, "The Lighthouse" since I figured it would be cool to have a boat that would be famous for getting its crew how (i.e. within sight of the lights of our home port), nice cozy warm fuzzy feeling Since I graduated from U-48, a Type 7 boat, to U-108, a Type 9b, I figured I might like to change her emblem to the 8-ball, but its bad luck to change a boat's name, and my boat has been having good luck thus far (see my sig), so in all likelihood, The Lighthouse she will remain

I used the Skull and Crossbones, can't go wrong with that and I'm sure others get the message before my deck gun or torpedos hit them.

I now use the Silent and Deadly emblem I got from the Church Mod, its more menacing.
