Hi Res - Locating copy of Application Compatibility Toolkit 4.1k

According to the Community Manual instructions on how to increase resolution for XP Spt2, I need a copy of Application Compatibility Toolkit 4.1 (ACT 4.1). I've been trying to locate a download of the ACT 4.1 for the past hour, with no luck. The address that it SHOULD be located at is:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro...y/default.mspx,
however that site now simply redirects to the ACT for Vista, whilst I need
4.1 as I am running XP. I've searched many pages at the Download Center, and
all of them link to non-existant downloads or redirects to Vistas ACT.

Could someone please help me? Possibly send me a copy of ACT 4.1 or a workaround.

Would really appreciate it. Expect I'm not the only one

You do not need the MSACT, althoug I think the newest MSACT will work well in XP.

and search for DL-Link SH3_XPSP2_Res_Fix_for_1.4b and dl it.
