A mod to enable opening of all torpedo tubes?

I might have missed this (although I have made heavy use of Search with no results), but is there a modification which enables opening of all torpedo tubes (currently I can keep only one open at a time)?

I also have one other favor to ask, although it is off-topic; could someone please give me links to good crew uniform mods? I have been unable to find one (which would not require editing of text files anyway to work properly; really, I don't like doing that stuff) which would add good looking uniforms for the crew.
