Game will not Start after Mods Installed

Reinstalled SHIV.Patched to 1.3 everything fine Game runs great.Downloaded SIMPLIFICATION OF TM 1.6 mod and installed it exactly the way it says to here http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=123010 now the game won't run even when I unistall the mods it still won't run.I have to uninstall game then reinstall it to get it to run.What the heck is going on am I doing something wrong?

First question: Did you install and run JSGME correctly the first time?

Yep that was it.I forgot to install JSGME Correctly the first time.thnx alot.
