Default How to ask for speed estimate in 1.3

Hi. Question: probably obvious...but here goes: how do you ask for a speed estimate from the officer in patch 1.3? Doesn;t seem obvious...can't see it in readme...

tks.

Default

1. Make ID of the vessel
2. Lock the scope/TBT on the vessel
3. Get the range and send to TDC
4. Unlock the vessel from the scope/TBT
5. Wait....I usually wait about a minute
6. Lock the vessel again and take the range, send to TDC
7. Click on the speed button on the range/speed/aob interface in the upper right hand corner of screen
8. Click update button to the TDC. Crew whould show speed in dialoge box
9. Set your AOB and start your TDC.

Remember, this speed estimate is only as accurate as your range estimates obtained by the scope/TBT. The closer you get to the vessel the better your inputs are and the closer to actual speed is obtained. If you are getting some outlandish speeds then you have ID the vessel incorrectly or you are not giving enough time between range taking for the crew to give a good estimate.

If anyone has anything to add. Please do!
