Shift F2 in conning tower?

Does the shift/F2 free camera work in the conning tower like the command room?

Don't think it does I've never got it to work. Bit of a disapointment as I was looking forward to walking round the conning tower.

With Shift F2 you just walk up to the Conning Tower and you can walk around to your hearts delight.

It's the door at the back of the Control Room, and up a flight.

Tried this out and it works. I was under the impression you had to go through the control room hatch like in SH3 but it never worked.

I have found my way into the conning tower but its farther back then it should be. you have to take the camera out of bounds for some distance. Keep looking you will find it just takes some looking and a little luck to find it.
