I think the game only gives you on refit what you had when you left port for the original mission. So if you didn't leave with any torpedo's then you won't have any for the refit either.

As a suggestion, I always make a 'save game' in the office just prior to departing on a mission. I overwrite the the previous save each time. This way, if you are only a little way into the mission, you can use the 'in office ' save to change a setting or whatever and then restart the mission.

1. Actually, it's a bug.
2. The save is done automatically before you actually start the patrol (and when entering the base).

Good Thing I did save It i started all over and made sure I had the torps loaded , than sat up for 5 hours till I got too recon tursuki harbor .. Iam now there laying low until night fall so I can kill the ships that are docked
