de_help.txt unknown version?

Hi I have a problem with my de_help.txt file could someone send me this file please so i can patch my game to 1.4b

Just delete it. The patch will replace it anyway.

This is a nasty hack and it may not be the only file the patcher has trouble with.

Are you sure your version needs patching? Some newly purchased SH3's are already 1.4b.

Yeah im sure i had to reinstall last night because of an "unrecoverable error" so called.

now en_help.txt in unknown version grrrrrr stupid cd cant you do anything correctly
