Default SH3Cmdr: Question about Starting Flotilla

Forgive me if this has been covered already, I looked for info on this and came up with nothing.

When starting a 'New Career' (via SH3 Commander) I noticed that you cannot start a career in or, once in a career, request a transfer to:

1)La Rochelle/La Pallice
2)Bordeaux

Am I missing something??

If I remember correctly you can start in Bordeaux in January 1943.

You've an amazing memory mel....or did you check Commander first like I just did
@Hellraiser
You are correct sir, that is the way Commander has been configuered.
However, you can still visit the ports and replenish as if they were a milch cow or supply ship (provided of course, your in control of them).
To Transfer from one port to another (that is permissable) you must have either completed 6 months or 3 patrols at your current port

There is another mod ( for GWX ) called alternative flotillas
That gives you the option to start in La Pallice at the expense of one of the other flotillas

Wrong! SH3Cmdr is not "configured" flotilla-wise in any way - it uses whatever flotilla settings are in the game.

So if the player installs a mod into SH3 that gives them La Rochelle/La Pallice (Ducimus did one and I did one for GWX) then it will become an option in SH3Cmdr.

Thanks again for the info. I went to your page & I don't see the mod there. Any way to get it?? Please point me in the right direction!

Btw: thanks for everything you've contributed JScones, I love SH3 Commander!

Here:http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products.html

From a link on the JScones Site.

GWX 1.03 SH3 Commander Configuration Files if using that mod.
