noob Trigger Maru & other questions

Howdy.....
Just downloaded Trigger Maru, LBO, Fleet boat and some other mods and have some questions about installation.
On Trigger Maru: Do I need to install all 3 of the files, TM, TM_GFX, and TM_Patch?

On TM and the others: Do I need to install over a fresh install of SH4? In other words, uninstall the game and patches up to ver 1.3; do a fresh install, put in patches 1.2 and 1.3, and then install the mods, all before starting a new game?

Try Install the mod in the following order on a clean installation of SH4 version 1.3 :
A.) REL_Trigger_Maru_GFX_PAK_2_1
b.) REL_Trigger_Maru_1-6
c.) TMARU-Patch_1.6.2

If you are patched up to 1.3 you are fine, if not patch up to 1.3. You just need 1.3 as it contains everything from 1.1 and 1.2. After that install JSGME and you should be good to go.
