Default Super-human crew? (also time in base)

Hello,
I'm on my 20th war patrol and at around 17-18th patrol I noticed that my crew does not tire even if theyre accidentially left in the torpedo rooms.
I'm not complaining by any means. Its a break from moving them around from time to time. Which for me was great beacause I like doing crew management for the immersion. I am playing GWX loaded via SH3 CMDR.
Oh, yeah, for a little no realism, I've been handing out medals like it's christmas.
I dont have the realistic crew rotation checked nor do I have the crew fatigue model checked. Which is why this thread is being posted. Before, my crew would tire normally, even with the fatigue model unchecked. Now they are super-human!
Kind of cool.

Also, how do you know when the amount of time spent in base is being performed? I have mine set, through SH3CDR, to 28 days. But it seems like they arent spending time in base at all? Does this time come in to play as soon as you start a new patrol, or is it calculated right at the end of a patrol? It's Nov. 1941 and I've been on 19 patrols. I guess mathematically I am getting the 28day rest on base. I'm just curious as to when the time spent in base is being given.

Thanks!

Well the medals could be the cause your guys don't have problems with fatigue.

Secondly the 28 days are counted as soon as u press start mission.

Can't remember which medal it is but IIRC it removes fatigue from the crew member who has it.

Thanks everyone.
I have the Cross in Gold and so does my XO(Helm officer) and my Engine room officer.
However, all of my crew seem to benefit from this.
When I loaded a save while in patrol, I noticed the date changed. So it is when you start a patrol. I wish it would be between the End patrol save and the In Base save, though.
Anyway, thanks for the info.

PS. Black Swan class should be called Black Death class.
