How to change sub submerge speed?

i hear in TM its been reduced to like 45 seconds or so from surfaced. how do i make this change myself? i have my own selection of mods im running.. and i don't want an all in one mod like TM.

think i figured it out.

i compared the .sim files of TM and stock using the Silent 3ditor.

off to check it out.
