Looking for Surface Radar mod

Not too long ago I stumbled on a really cool-looking mod for the surface search radar. I've searched everywhere but I can't seem to find it again, all I can remember is that it modified the radar interface adding a several additional scopes (I think) or they might have been just ranging receivers, but there were about 9 or so additional dials just for the radar station and its primary purpose was to provide targeting information to the TDC.

If anyone knows which mod this is I would appreciate it! Thanks!
