Patch Install - New Game Location

i recently installed a new hard drive on my computer. it will house, on partitions, the dual boot portion of vista 64 bit and my gaming programs.

i uninstalled SHIV and reinstalled it to the E:\Silent Hunter IV folder i created on my new hardrive. when i went to install patch 1.3, it couldn't find the new location probably because i didn't see a "browse" capability in the patch so i could direct the update to the new location.

any ideas how i can get this patched when it's not in the default location SVIV originally used?
