Default Same patrol twice?

I remember reading here somwwhere that one of the things that 1.3 fixed was being sent to the same designation on consecutive patrols. I'm starting my 2nd patrol being sent to the same place as my 1st patrol. Is this right or not? Another problem is the radio simply repeats Dec 7th Pearl Harbor news. We have the Captain Midnights Radio mod in the game. The picture of the grammaphone is gone, I just have a blank " looks like a piece of negative film with an X in the center of the bottom of it to x it out. I have various music in the file but no grammaphone to turn it on. Can anybody help?

Sounds like some files didn't install properly. Best answer is to fully uninstall then reinstall in stages, checking that each works fully as you go:

vanilla
patch 1.3
mods ( with each checked after installation and before installing another.)

I agree with the above. Reads like you are still running on 1.2 behaviour.

You sure you don't have Captain Cox's Pull Down Pacific Map installed as well, it changes the picture, but the grammaphone is still there, bottom right of the Pacific Map you will notice buttons that activate it.

I'm having the same problem with the missions; 3rd time in a row dropping soldiers off in Okinawa.
