Default Lethal crash at airshow in Polish Radom

http://www.tvn24.pl/-1,1519948.1,wiadomosc.html

Two pilots dead.

In formula One, for example, there would be consequences now. Increased technological demands and security measurements. changes in track layout. Etc. That's why we still have accident in F1, but no more lethal ones, even more: no dead or seriously injured drivers in numbers as high as many years and decades ago.

Not possible with airshows. It will run as business as usual.

This is the simple reason why I am opposing such shows totally, although loving to see them flying. Note that it was neither excessively high speed nor long tight formation flying involved (I saw a much longer clip on German TV just minutes ago). It just came from flying a choreography that leaves no error margins anymore - and that is always the most incompetent way of flying a plane when being done without any substantial need. you do it in emergencies, or in war. But for entertainment...?

No visitors were killed - this time, because the planes fell like bricks within a safe zone where no visitors were allowed. due to the speeds of flying planes and many unforseeable physics variables, a damaged plane could easily be carried out of the 3dimensional airbox inside which the program is meant to be performed.

So this time the pilots were lucky. They just managed to get themselves killed. They did not slaugther others.
