Looking for Lat/Long to grid converter

I have the converter from Ubootwaffe.net but need one that will let me work off-line. ( INTERNET SUCKS IN IRAQ ) I have read about a program called MQF from other threads but have not been able to find a link that still works for it. If anyone could help me in finding this or knows of a better one. I'll give them a big

I don't know of one that works off-line. I downloaded and printed out the Aces of the Deep maps. At least for the North Atlantic, it gives you a chart that has lat/long markings on it.
