[REL] Orders Document by: Kapt.Klaus
Navy Documents all ways had the navy flag on the upper left. To make the game more realistic I added the flag to the document.

I see you have released a few of these "branded documents" mods. Have you thought about combining them into one package? Chances are if someone uses one, they'll use them all.
BTW it's all these little details that together make a big difference.
