Default GWX install questions

I already am playing with an older version of GWX. I am now going to upgrade to the current version. My question may be a bit on the dumb side, but I noticed in the download section that there's the GWX.exe and all the .bin files. There's also a file that says

GWX Version 1.03 Update (Includes all previous version files)
Do I Just have to install that one file or should I download the GWX.exe and all the .bin files and run that first ? Is the December 23rd corrections included in this version as well so I wouldn't need it anymore ?

Should I just delete all the mod folders that are GWX related from inside the mod folder for the Generic Mod Enabler progam and just run the new GWX.exe with the .bin files instead ?

The manual is a little vague on upgrading from a previous version. It just says that it needs an unmodified SHIII and I used the Generic Mod Enabler to remove all the mods for now and I also rolled back SHIII Commander. I have the latest version of SHIII Commander. Do I have to get any other files for it like I had to do when I originally installed GWX ?
