Flak gun problems and torpedoes
Are there any new fixes for the flak gun shields getting in the way of sight?
I installed patch 1.3 and it was somewhat corrected. But to improve the game I installed the Trigger Maru and Real Fleet boat MODS. Now the shields are back again! Furthermore, is it possible to set the default speed of torpedoes to fast? It's annoying to set the speed for every new torpedo that is loaded, as you rarely use a slow torpedo. Trigger Maru 1.4 banishes the bathtubs by default. Which version did you try?

Welcome Aboard Edvin! I dunno about TM 1.4 - but somewhere on here (use the search button) I made a mod that does nothing BUT change the starting towers to midwar ones. As for torps - I think there is a way to set em to high speed, but its not a mod per se, search the forums again but if memory serves its a edit of a file that has to be done yourself.
