Fix In Base Screen

Can the in base screen be fixed. Its almost impossible to move the mouse around. This is the only mouse problem I have. There must be someway to alter this. (I hope)

Sounds like a hardware issue to me...never had anything like that my end.

I know what he means-I get the same problem. It takes me 10 minutes to drag the mouse around on that screen and also clicking on the different screens (mission, options, etc) is very sluggish.
It;s been that way since the beginning , it's not new with 1.3.
