Multiple Installs and SH3Cmdr

I have two installations of SH3,one default patched 1.4b with SH3Cmdr and one with NYGM. SH3Cmdr has its own directory X:\program files\SH3Commander, so how can I install it again to run with NYGM?

I have also tried GWX and it is awsome

but unfortunatly with my present system(P4 3ghz,1024mb,Radeon Sapphire Atlantis 9600) it keeps ctd with a dead monitor especially at night attacking a convoy.

I think its something to do with the extra searchlights.

When I get a new system in the future I will come back to it as I found SH3 GWX better than SH4 at the moment.Anyway Its the original question at the top I am interested in so Thanks in Advance.
