Request for Desirable Mod: Radar Contact Reports

By acutal contact, i mean have them in view, or have them all on hydrophone. In otherwords, you have to be CLOSE. Problem with that is later on, being that close on the surface to a convoy to send a report is like asking to get blasted out of the water.

I am currently in a GWX 1.3 campaign on a VIIIB in mid-1943 .

Recently, I detected a huge convoy on radar , but because I didn't have visual or hydrophonic contact, I couldn't send contact reports.

Is there any way a mod or tweak can be put into GWX to enable contact reports with radar contact? :hmm:
