is there a way to tweak ship speeds to slow x amount for 1 torpedo impact that causes damage but does not sink ship? some ships do slow down but often it is only because they are sinking from that hit.
i hate hitting a vessel with torpedo and there is no, i repeat no reduction in speed. i dont expect it to stop but maintaining full speed is laughable. is this a tweakable issue or hard coded? |

strange my ships always stop when being attack. even if i just give it one single shot with the deck gun they just stop and surrender. That sucks realy. Id rather like to see them trying to escape and flee at maximum speed from me. that would be more realistic.

this sounds strange, ships slow down when changing directions and they often do this once the attack triggers the action but they always speed up again once the get on new heading. you may have a glitch there, i can't say for sure but i think so. when i attack, the ships constantly speed up, slow down, change directions very much like real world would. what kind of realism settings are you using and what mods when you play, i'm sure someone can help you with this. EDIT: are you sure these aren't neutral or allied ships? |
