Washington State is an Open Carry state?

I knew it was legal in National Forests, but I didn't know that it was legal everywhere! I guess I learn something new every day. Can't remember the last time I saw someone walking down the street with a hostered gun though.

I should have posted this be fore when it was asked earlier but yes WA.is an open carry state and when I got my first CWL in 1974 there it was $15.00 and it was issued same day.

Same day . took all of 20 mins. You got to understand this was in 1974.

You could buy a handgun in a pawnshop in Seattle and walk out with it useing I.D. only.
