Default Competitors setting minimum prices.

I have no understanding of business law, but it makes me a little nervous. Still, the article says that price agreements may help competitition by making it easier for the "new guy" to break into a market.

And, it will take government out of the market. Nothing wrong with that as far as I'm concerned.
