[REL] Slide-out Recognition Manual Stand Alone Version

Salute everyone!

This is a small mod enabling the Slide-out Recognition Manual only.
I also fixed the TBT not stretching properly; at least for 1280x1024.

1024x768 game resolution users, READ the attached readme !

All credit goes to Ottos, I just repackaged it a bit.

All the edited sections in the Menu 1024_768.ini are from [G25 I1] to [G25 I47]

TBT fix is in [G28 I120]
Zone= 0 768 1024 768 2 2 0x28000000 0.5 -0.5 0x28000001 -0.5 0.5 0 0

2 2 used to be 1 1

also, if modding yourself ,

search for "SlidingSpeed=" and change the default 200 to 1000, otherwise the manual will slide out too slowly.
