[REQ] Sub Flag

Hi all, I've been away from SH3 for awhile. I was wondering is there a mod or is it even possible to add a flag to your U-Boat ( i know it's not 100% realistic to have your flag raised in open water but meh

) i've tried the search option but to lazy to troll through all the topics
