GWX/SH3 Crashes?

I've been playing career mode, and on my 1st patrol, I went into Lerick sub base, killed everything there :p , leave, but as soon as I was heading out to sea, the game crashed, load it back up and all my saved files are gone, but not my player profile etc?

Started a new career and it happened again.

Any advice?
