How to restore GWX and SH3CMDR?

Hello,
I am playing GWX1.03 loaded via SH3commander and I am wondering how to completly restore the game of any previously saves includiing the profile? I tried to delete the profile, but when I went back to redo the kriegsmarine schools, they were already completed excellently.
Is there anyway to restore your game without having to uninstall the game and all of the files?

Just delete the whole C\My Documents\SH3 folder. Once you run GWX (not via SH3Cmdr for the first time though) the folder will be recreated.

By deleting the SH3 folder, will I have to re-install SH3 Commander?
or will this just get rid of any previous saved profiles?

Sh3 Cmdr will be fine

Deleting C\MyDocs\SH3 will rid you of your saved games....DON'T FORGET TO LAD THE GAME ONCE THOUGH TO CREATE A FRESH SH3 FOLDER
