Default Bridge Telegraph - Destroyer

Hi

Does anyone know what the STAND position is for on an a Destroyer's engine room telegraph? Here's a picture:

If it's the same as STAND-BY I don't see why it's in the middle of the ahead orders.

Jason

Standard speed IIRC , basically normal cruising speed - Full and Flank are mainly use in combat and/or emergencies

Would a telegraph ever have a "STAND" or "FLANK" positions on the astern segment?
