Are we talking about Jane's Fleet Command? If so . . . then there may not be anyone else left playing . . . if I remember correctly, wasn't the game buggy?

You might check out the NWS Fleet Command forums for the NWP mod. Actually, I'd recommend getting the mod while you're there. You might be able to find a multiplayer game there.
