Convertaing RealAudio to wavefiles...

Does anyone know an available program that can convert ReadAudio(.ram) or Quicktime(.mov) to .wav files? I want to try to use some of the sounds on the http://www.hnsa.org/sound/ site to further upgrade the sonar sound effects to even more realistic sounds, but they are all on realplayer and quicktime.
