Japanese GunBoats patrol zones

what i would like to see in game was the " ATAKA " and the " SAGA " types
anyway the gunboats are more river boats than ocean going ships and i am finding them on some weird places in game where im guessing they should not be. i found a couple near the philippines, and sometimes a gunboat and a subchaser.

are the patrol zones correct for this kind of ship , i'd hate to be in one on a storm ...

this is the gunboat "TOBA"

this one is the "ATAKA"

this one is the "SAGA"

this one is the "HIRA"

this one is the "HOZU"

this one is the "SETA"

and finally the "KATAKA"
