My two ghost crew members

I seem to have two ghost watchmen, would post screenshots, but i'm having problems.

Anyways, why is it happaning?

Difficult to answer without seeing the screen shots. Updating your video drivers would be my first suggestion, and making sure that you have a legal copy of the game would be my second.

Is there some way to browse through your files and choose which to attach?

Do you have volumetric fog effects turned on? This is a known bug with the watch crew going transparent when they're on.

No reason to get upset about the semi-transparent bridge crew. There is nothing wrong with your computer or the game. This in a "normal" feature of the game. It is quite playable as is and there is no harm from playing this way.
