Does every Command have a keyboard hotkey?

I want to start playing without the HUD because I find that it can sometimes be a nuisance and sometimes takes away from the visuals of the game. So, does every command have a hotkey? and if so, is there something that documents them?
Also, when disabling HUD, does the various displays at the periscope station such as torp setting controller still remain?

You will need the HUD even with hot keys. Taking pictures and such. If you want, on the left side of the HUD is a lock that will unlock it and it will slide down out of view. When you need it place the cursur were the HUD is and it will pop back up.

The entire hud can be dropped or displayed by pressing the period "." key on the main keyboard (not numpad).
