Default NHL Playoffs

Anyone watch last night? It was a good night for hockey. Some very intense games. Vancouver over Dallas in QUADRUPLE OVERTIME was just... attrition. We wore them down into the ground. The Sedins are a powerhouse.

Go Canucks.

(please tell me someone else here likes hockey)

My Leafs are out, yes I am a Leafs Fan, hope Calgary does something, would be nice to see Ottawa get the " Chokes in the Playoffs " off their back, Vancouver seems to be rollin' though, may be there year to do something

Man the Leafs suck. I don't just mean that in the classic Vancouver hates Toronto way either. They just keep screwing up. Why is it that everytime theres a hole in the lineup the first response is "Lets get Gary Roberts back!"?

I wouldn't be surprised if next season they wanted to bring in Belfour to give Raycroft some help.

Ottawa is schtumping the Pens. We'll see if Sid the Kid can wake up his team of uber-noobs. And Calgary... well I'm proud to report that Detroit is ice-creaming them. 4-1 final.

And this is the Canucks year. As my friend keeps saying:

Pens are still a few years away, don't get to excited about the Sens though given their stellar playoff history. Calgary is not dead yet, but they looked it didn't they

Hey we've seen the finals more than you lately. TWICE! Though I must commend you Leafs fans. You really know how to ride a dead horse.

I do want Calgary to lose. I hate them. I hate them more than Toronto. That says alot!

Despite Sid still being a whiny brat I think he'll outshine Ovechkin and become the best player since Gretsky. Buuuuuuuut not this year, even with the way Ottawa tends to choke.

I live near Halifax, Sid is pretty huge around here. Sadly I must be the only man in the entire country who has never been to or watched a hockey game.

Live on PEI, had a relative from Dartmouth, that saw him play over there when he was younger. I saw him a couple of years ago on PEI when he was still with Rimouski I was very impressed on how strong he was on his skates, especially going to the net. He is the real deal

I know. I remember a few months ago I saw him do this insane thing with his feet where he put them each facing out wards in a different direction and pusheed in a circle near the net and totally destroyed the defense. Ovechkin is fast but... I've never seen anyone skate that way... ever.
