Default Sensorship

I am Dumbfounded again !

I was reading about the discussion of a Class action tort and saw it has been quashed.
This type of sensorship is not healthy for a community such as this.
Without open discussion you cannot fix problems and issues, if the moderaters continue to lock, dispose of and stop such discussion about important issues , we cannot grow as a healthy community.
This sort of stuff happened in Communist Russia, and we all knwo what happened there, collapse.
Let me tell you how things work in the legal world, it's the squeeky wheel that gets all the attention, perhaps we should have a Squeeky wheel coallition ?
Otherwise hiding the issue about the community dissatisfaction as a whole only sends the message that we are not staunch about our position, sometimes harsh talk will get better results if they fear a civil tort , it would be a media relations nightmare if that occured, and I suspect that this thread will also be sensored and quashed , if not deleted.
Im for stirring the pot a litlte and seeing what floats to the top, lets start sorting thru the chaff to get to the wheat.
