Happy Birthday U-Boat!
100 years ago, on May 4th, 1907, SM U.1 was commissioned.
 newly commissioned U 34 passes the Möltenort Memorial.  Reinhard Hardegen (CO of U 123), the designer of the Type 212 and the COs of U 31 and U 32 Commissioning U 34
